By connecting an online shop to AddressDoctor Cloud (interactive mode), postal addresses are validated directly during the customer registration or purchase process. If the address is entered incorrectly, appropriate correction proposals are made automatically. Only once the address is correct, the procedure can be continued. This function permits shop operators to work with correct billing and delivery addresses from the start and thereby avoid unnecessary costs for additional corrections or returned goods.
